Visa Services

Businesses taking part in the LibyaFood Expo will be accorded visa-on-arrival (under the patronage of El- Dawlia). The validity of the visa will be for a limited period only. Participants will need to send us a participation request letter attached with a soft copy of passport documents. To procure a valid visa for the event, each participant would be liable to pay a cost of 250 Euros (payable on arrival in Tripoli) – at least 7 days prior to the start date of the event. Hotel Accommodation

Participants taking part in the LibyaFood Expo will have to manage and pay hotel accommodation expenses on their own. Organizers however will provide assistance regarding hotel and restaurant reservations. For more information, please email on (Insert “Hotel Accommodation Enquiry” in the subject line.)

Transport Services

For the ease of our participants, the event organizers will provide the necessary support for shipping or cargo of goods/materials to Libya. Our term of logistics experts will be available to resolve any issues in this regard, and give you guidance as and when required. Translation Services

The Libya Food Expo invites not just foods diversity; it also welcomes people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. We are proud to say that our event is a melting pot of business and culture. We are well aware that not all of our business participants, sponsors, associates, and visitors may be linguistically fluent in certain languages. Therefore, to ensure that communication does not act as a barrier in formation of B2B and B2C relations, the event organizers provide translation services for our exhibitors.

Design and Décor Assistance

If our business participants and sponsors would like assistance in design and décor of their pavilion, we can supply it albeit for a certain cost. The costs of the services rendered will be subject to the requirements. Please note: the event organizers will not be liable for additional design, décor, and advertising done in pavilions.
